Went in to have headlight bulbs replaced asked that they adjust the passenger side headlight that they replaced 10 days before and it's still not right. May have to find another dealership to correct their mistake
GO ANYWHERE ELSE than Jeff Wyler Toyota in Springfield. Incredibly un-professional in every way, salesperson Joseph Hayes was very un-friendly, we had never met the guy before and could not understand why he was acting like he was bothered to have a customer walk in the showroom, we tried to ignore it at first thinking it was just a bad day, but WOW.... very disappointed and will not be a Wyler Buyer again.
Friendly, no high pressure. Sales associate Parker was accurate friendly, listened, very easy to work with.
I drove 2 hours to purchase my new car. The process from the initial phone encounter to delivery of my new car was seamless. They are a straight forward dealership who places the customer experience first. I would make the drive again to purchase with Jeff Wyler Dealership again.
