After goin to different dealerships in Wichita, to get a new vehicle for my daughter, we went to Rusty Eck Ford dealership, we immediately felt a different vibe about how we were treated! We met our amazing sales specialist Mario, well spoken and knowledgeable and ready to help us get into the right vehicle for her, and while she was test driving a couple of different vehicles, at least 5 or 6 gentelman stopped to see if I was being help and interested in my needs today, I told them all that Mario is taking care of us! Then a very knowledgeable man named Brian came out to get all of the ends and outs of what we needed to get into a vehicle, he went back and did some calculations on what would work for us! Then we're taking back to finance and another amazing man named Brian who helped us make the final financial decisions and my daughter drove out with a 2024 Bronco sport! We love Ford and have and will continue to buy Ford but we do not recommend buying from Rusty Eck Ford. Our vehicle buying experience has been anything but enjoyable. We purchased our 2021 F150 Powerboost last July and it has been in and out of their service department countless times for months at a time. It's February and we still don't have it. The lack of communication for basic dialogue in regards to vehicle issues, part issues, service issues, customer service issues, etc, has been annoyingly non-existent. It's like pulling tooth and nail to get any follow through. Brandon, in sales, is the only saving grace for this dealership. Do not buy unless you want sub par customer service and hidden defects in your vehicle. It seems as though they're just trying to make a quick dollar.
