Fantastic customer service! Kenny Jones was a great salesman who did not pressure me into anything I didn’t feel comfortable doing. Great guy to converse with over anything and everything. Especially Vols basketball! Very knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had about the multiple vehicles we looked at together. Justice Goodner was extremely thorough explaining the different packages I could add to car plan while also explaining all the paperwork involving the financial aspect of car. Highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland for your next ride!
We were treated above and beyond on on our trip to the dealership. Eventhough we had not planned on purchasing that day. It just work out of us because of the friendly staff and finding exactly what we wanted.
Everyone here was so nice and helpful. We just went in looking of course not really going to purchase "today" but found the perfect fit for us ans with the staff going above and beyond for us it helped it make that decision fairly quickly.

Such an amazing experience. Evan Hicks was awesome. The first day Feb 17th. He helped us look for my dream car (4 Runner). We weren't finding anything in our budget. As we were leaving, he guaranteed us that he was not going to stop looking till he found us a 4 Runner in our budget. Sure, enough the next day he found us one. We are now the proud owners of a 2024 4 Runner.
Hands down this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have been working with Matt Frady since May of 2024 to find my perfect 4 Runner with everything that I wanted on it. And tonight all of his hard work paid off. I’ve got my dream car. He always updated anytime one came in that he thought I might like but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted so he would keep looking. His professionalism is top notch and he explained everything I needed to know about my new Toyota. Taylor in finance was very easy to work with and helped with all the paperwork and questions that I had. I will recommend Toyota of Cleveland to everyone I know looking for a new car.
