They didn't try to push me into services that weren't needed, Mitch was great to work with, and the work was done quickly. The cost, however, was crazy. $850 for annual vehicle inspection, air filters, and coolant flush. And on top of that already high price, they have the nerve to charge a fee for using a card. You're already overcharging me, and then you decide to get greedy and charge me a fee for sobering that's just normal overhead. Not cool. I was asked if I would recommend this dealership as part of the review. I wish I could say "maybe" because the only reason I would is if you're buying a new vehicle and/or you don't have an issue with how much they charge for service and their billing practices.
It's funny, but my service rep, Mitch Shefveland,mentioned that it was extremely busy here yesterday .. I dont think I've ever been here when it isn't calm, welcoming and professional. In 9 years of my Mini relationship, it has always been a very stress free experience, no huge surprises, and very inviting waiting room. Thanks Mitch for making car care so easy.

The service department at Bill Jacobs Mini is top notch. Scheduling is very straightforward and you get to talk to a real person right away. I am always excited when I learn that Mitch Shefveland will be our service advisor. He is very knowledgeable about the Mini and gives great advice about the services needed.
