I highly recommend the service department at koons of Woodbridge, Va. Kevin and the entire staff are both welcoming knowledgeable and go the extra mile .
Promised a 2-day repair, but it dragged on for over a week. Communication was terrible, I had to keep calling for updates, and I never felt kept in the loop. Very disappointing service.
The personnel in the service department are always so helpful and do their very best to work with my schedule. Kevin in the service department was especially helpful with my last couple of visits to have my truck serviced.
Excellent service everything was done in a timely manner and and work on my truck was good
