Took longer than expected but overall ok. I was charged for the service department to charge my battery. This seems a little crazy. My battery was bad. I could have went to Auto Zone and they don't charge to test a battery.
Very friendly atmosphere and quick service I chose legacy westbank due to convenient location and quality of service. Vincent was great!
Excellent communication and response. Previously tried to schedule service with Cadillac dealership; very poor experience. Rebecca was very responsive, pleads to communicate with, and assured part was available. We arrived, was in / out in 45 minutes. EXCELLENT customer service! My preference will be this dealership vs. the Cadillac dealership in this city.
