Called and scheduled an appointment as my mother was looking to trade in her lease (Chevy). Setting up an appointment was easy. When we got there we met with Sarah (Sales person) who helped us check out the elantra and Tuscon. Ultimately ended up leasing the elantra. The process was quick and the sales person both Sarah and Tom (Sales manager) were very helpful with no pressure tactics or games that so many dealers are known for. Overall definitely happy with the process and would recommend if you are in the market for a new car to go speak with Sarah and Tom.
I had a great experience buying a new car with Lester Glenn, in July 2025. They were straight shooters throughout the entire process, quick to respond to communication, and came in with the lowest price. I wish all dealerships were as great as Lester Glenn Hyundai.
I started my inquiry via their website’s LiveChat feature on a Monday and had the car delivered to my door by that Friday. I live about an hour’s drive away from the dealership, so I wanted to do all communications remotely, and in writing if possible, i.e., via email. Frank was fine with that. He emailed me the lowest out the door price of the 9 dealerships I contacted (4 didn’t have the car in stock) and was very quick to reply to my messages, in a meaningful way that advanced the negotiations. For example, Frank was quick to strike an extraneous charge that I didn’t want, for a dealer-added security system. (In contrast, I had a terrible experience with Route 1 Hyundai where they took forever to respond and still ignored basic questions and requests, such as to strike the dealer-added security system.)
Lester Glenn also promptly sent me all the documents I needed to sign in advance, by email, so I could look them over. Other dealerships flat out refused to do that, or—worse (Route 1 Hyundai)—ignored the question and said everything would be fine.
They also drove the car to my doorstep, free of charge, for delivery, *after* I told them I was ready to sign and buy the car. (In contrast, Route 1 drove their car to my doorstep *before* I told them I was ready to sign, and before I had seen all the paperwork via email. That deal fell through, and they drove the car back to their dealership.)
They also, maybe inadvertently (?), included some accessories which typically cost extra: a first aid kit, an emergency kid, cargo netting, and maybe even door scuff plates.
Lester Glenn was also very attentive after the sale. They assigned Crystal to drive the car to me and sign the final paperwork, and she became my contact person for the car afterwards. Crystal was also very helpful. After she drove back to the dealership, she called me to help me set up BlueLink+, and she answered my questions about the level 1 charger which seems to be broken (but that’s fine—I bought another one that works, and it’s just for emergencies anyway).
Lastly, Lester Glenn FedExed the license plates to me when they arrived at their dealership, free of charge, and they even sent me a check for $223 “for the difference between what you paid for your Motor Vehicle charges and the actual cost”, which was a nice surprise.
To summarize—Lester Glenn Hyundai is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with, when buying a car. I wish all dealerships were like them.
PS Stay away from Route 1 Hyundai. They’re terrible, basically the exact opposite of Lester Glenn.
Great experience. Karen Morrissey was very knowledgeable and informative - no pressure. Anthony was awesome in Finance department - I LOVE my new Palisade - and am recommending to everyone.
