I like this dealership because it is very comfortable when you have to wait and the people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Hunter was in charge of our service yesterday. He was easy to work with and called up our records and discussed what services needed to be done or did not need to be done. There was no pressure from him at all and I would work with him again anytime.
I recently brought my aging Legacy for a specific battery-related concern, and from this initial service visit, was met with professionalism and accommodation in every respect from Chad and the Service team. The positive experience really stayed with me so this last weekend, I returned to maybe look at something newer and was again met with the same professionalism and above and beyond attitude, specifically Jamal and Matt with the Sales group. Drove home that night in the new ride! I have not had a more positive experience buying a vehicle and I’ve had quite a few. Thanks very much for making this a great Subaru ownership experience and partnership.
Chad, service advisor, at this dealership is excellent. I always receive such great service, from routine maintenance to questions or issues I may have related to my 2011 Subaru Outback. The department goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Germain Subaru of Columbus.
Aaron, sales associate, was pleasant to work with and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the Subaru Crosstrek.
