Went to dealer for oil and filter change for our 2021 Honda Accord Sport. Our Service Adviser Kristina was very helpful explaining everything I needed to know. Keep up the good work Kristina!!

Unsatisfactory service. Automobile was given a AAA battery boost and delivered with service request for battery replacement and full inspection and oil change. Leah is services noted. Also verbally reinforced on delivery. No battery replacement done. No call was made to customer during service by the service technician. Customer only received a text that the car was ready. Up on arrival at the dealership, customer inquired about the service rendered. Service technician had no idea that a battery replacement should have been undertaken. No consideration was given for the inconvenience of having to wait while Battery Replacement was undertaken. Also, battery is only two years old and was previously installed by the dealership. This battery should have been at no cost to the customer. Be that as it may - it is still unforgivable that a car that needed a battery boost from a towing service - that the service department was made aware of - to start it up did not have the battery examined and replaced as requested.

Covered all the bases!! Kristina was very helpful, as usual, explaining all the details in reference to services completed. Keep up the good job Kristina!!!
