I had no idea Vista BMW had been such a dump: a chaotic clusterxxxx, really. I had no idea how incredible your organization is! The open, spacious clean property , the lovely young man who took my car key like second nature, the clean uncluttered lobby, and the attentive greeting inside service was a fantastic amazing surprise. Your service advisor Sandra is so helpful, patient, and smart as a whip! And the video I got from the tech? That was awesome. The entire visit , the estimate, efficiency, professionalism of your entire staff made it a little less painful to pay the bill.

From there very first person I spoke with on the phone regarding if the car was in stock was very helpful she also was the one who did the application to see if we were approved (Jessica) Then my second call is where I got the pleasure of speaking with our what would be our sales rep. (Dana Smith) I could go on and on how great she was! I will be speaking very highly about her to others and will send her business. Signing the paper work at the end with Chris Robaina he took the time to go over all the details and was very friendly (he knew his stuff). Also would like to note the bathrooms were very clean and have a great bar/snack area. I think this was one of the Best experience with have had with a dealership.
