We had a wonderful car buying experience at Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa. Our sales person was very personable and assisted us in finding the right vehicle for us.
They were easy to deal with and honest the whole way through. I felt they bent over backwards to help me.
I felt like Gabe and Harry were very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and warranty information. We arrived in the late morning and wanted to leave for lunch and come back afterwards to continue discussions about buying the car but we encountered a lot of resistance to leaving without making a deal on the car. We finally got to leave at 1:10 to go eat. I found that situation frustrating. I felt that Gabe did Not engage in high pressure sales tactics which I greatly appreciated. I felt he was honest and straightforward. Even though he was new on the job he got all of my questions answered.
Why did I buy from Jim Norton Toyota? The customer service that I experienced from Gabe, Robert, and Jose was exceptional! They were courteous, focused, and driven to meet my needs. My decision to continue working with Jim Norton Toyota for future needs will be due to the experience that I had with these gentleman. Thanks!
The dealership was nice but the service was even better. Zoua was helpful and attentive. Zoua was able to make the process a lot less overwhelming and was excellent at communicating.
Easy to work with; no backroom arguing; everyone is congenial. Will go back to buy again
