Started with an awkward sale since a car listed online wasn’t on the lot. More on that later. Service has been awful. Multiple trips for tires losing air and the 20,000 mile service. Ended up taking the car to another shop to complete the tire service. We were charged for an oil change that I am still not sure ever happened. The reason I’m not sure is when I got the car back the oil level indicated low oil and the service light was still on. We were reimbursed for the oil change when we brought up 20,000 mile service is free through Audi care, we brought the car back to actually do the 20,000 mile service and look at the tires since the brand new tires weren’t holding air. The only thing I do know is they did at least top off the oil and reset the service light. The tire light came back on the next morning. During conversation with the service director they mentioned they weren’t actually ever suppose to sell us this car as the reason it wasn’t on the lot at purchase was the owners son had it and when he gets a car it’s gone for a year and not for sale. Well you did sell us the car. After a lot of excuses of sensors or temperature change I brought the car to another shop to remove and remount the tires and have had no issues for almost two weeks.
Booker Wade did an outstanding job in helping me select the right car and answering all of my questions. He was responsive and wanted to make sure that I felt great about my purchase. He made the process go smoothly and showed that he cared about making sure we had a positive experience. Thank you Booker!
Simply DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Horrible experience. They sell you warranty that don't even exist. My car was at the dealership for 3 months. Instead of fixing one thing they broke several other. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my wors enemy.
My experience with Bommarito Audi was 5 out of 5 stars. Booker Wade was my salesperson who was great to work with and very professional!
Terrible Service department. I waited 4 weeks to get my car picked up. They validated the time and date and then never showed. xx!
Do not go here. This place is horrible. They sold me a used vehicle with 38k mile on it when my other car was totaled. In apx 6 months I had to pay to fix an antifreeze leak that despite the fact it should of been under warranty still. So I bought a car and 6months later had to pay 13-1400 for repair! This is not to mention how negligent the sales person was with me in saying he would get it covered by warranty and would speak to a manager. This went on for a few months!!! He ultimately told me I should call AUDI and lie to them and say I never spoke to dealer! Furthermore- I realized after taking my car to a different dealer that the car never had the 40000 service on it. So basically in addition to the antifreeze leak it needed another 1000 of work basically when I bought it. I have never had service so bad especially for something you should get top tier service with.
