I was frustrated and about to leave the dealership Efosa stopped me and asked me a few questions and suggested this beautiful black Impala I am very satisfied with it. He is a patient salesman and goes the extra mile for the customer! He made sure the service was thoroughly done on the vehicle it was detailed and shiny by the time I took ownership thanks again for a great experience I will be back when it's time to upgrade

The next day I came and she was with a customer, but she explained the problem. to Sonia Gonzalez and Sonia got my car to the service Dept. which they took care of immediately.
