He explained every possible scenario and ensured the work was completed as quickly as possible. I truly appreciated that he personally kept me updated on the progress. My truck needed a major transmission repair, and when I picked it up, they took the time to explain the issue in detail and provided a full list of the replaced parts with their numbers. Thankfully, the extended warranty I purchased through AutoNation covered the entire cost! I highly recommend Manny and this service department for their honesty and communication.
