What Others Say

Working with AutoNation was great! Lori was very helpful! I appreciated how knowledgeable they were, I had done my research beforehand and they were able to answer my specific questions. I also appreciated them helping me with financing! Very pleased would buy here again.

I ordered a new key for my car. It came on time. Kristal was very helpful and professional.

I never have had a problem with AutoNation Honda 104 after my car was serviced.

Came in for a recall and was so happy with the service, I came back for tires and an alignment. They gave me a good deal with excellent customer service!

Working with the salesman was great, very nice, very helpful, test drove the car, explained what everything was etc. After it left the salesman's hands, that's when things went south. The wait to see the finance manager seemed a little excessive, not the end of the world. Once we made it into her office, we announced that we wanted to pay cash, no financing. She proceeded to go through all the extras that we could purchase including the extended warranty. We declined everything she offered. It felt like things were heating up. She was starting to argue with us about how important warranties are. We still declined. She persisted in her quest I guess to convince us. We told her that we can just leave and forget the whole thing. She said you just bought this car. We told her that the check had not been written yet. We were wondering if this is what buying a car has turned into, crazy. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Not a very good look for this dealership though. Love the car, love the salesman, be praying for the Finance manager.

Extremely willing to work with us from Suleman to sales manager to manager.. the salesman took the time to show me personally many of the car features. Rhanks
