Lloyd....what a guy! I went into Land Rover MPLS looking for a special Defender OCTA. They had been currently sold out, but Lloyd did not stop trying to get me one. Luckily one became available, and I was able to order/purchase. Valerie in the finance dept. was amazing to work with. Everything was very professional and went smooth.
