Showed up with no appointment , Norman provided took truck in had it service at projected time .
Good deals for car servicing services. I don’t like that I’m contacted by the Sales department before I get my car from Service.

In all my years of buying and dealing with automobile dealerships and service departments I have never dealt with such an honest and professional service advisor like Derrick Howard at Toyota of Tampa Bay. He truly cared and kept me updated on every phase of repairing my vehicle. He made sure everything was covered and fixed and even followed up with me after I took possession of my car. This gentleman deserves a promotion if not at least a pay raise, as he truly stands out as the best in his line of work!!
Had oil change scheduled for 10 a.m. and not done until almost 1 p.m.
