What Others Say

Absolutely terrible experience. Complete disregard for customer’s time and travel. I live in PA and had been speaking to a salesperson for two days over email about an available vehicle. We finally got to a point in the conversation where I felt comfortable making the drive out to view the car and close the deal if everything checked out. I make the hour and a half drive after making an appointment with Amber. I arrive and no sales people are available. After waiting for 20 minutes, another salesperson says “sorry bad news, the vehicle sold 15 minutes ago”. Are you kidding me? And the sorry excuse of “we’re a first come first serve dealer”. Zero respect for my time wasted negotiating and driving out. Never was I offered the option to place a hold or deposit of any kind either. Thank you for wasting my time on a 3 hour round trip drive. Disgraceful.

In December of 2024 I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe from the Hamilton Honda location that was acquired by Lithia/Driveway Finance. From the date of purchase, the air wasn't getting completely cold but since it was winter it wasn't as major at the time. By February 2025, if the truck was idle it would overheat and several pictures were sent to the dealership. The full warranty contract was never provided but by June/July 2025 they serviced the car and after days with them, they stated the air and overheating problems were fixed. Not even a week later, all of the problems still existed. Several messages were sent and no resolution given. Meanwhile my truck was getting worse and worse. I began emailing the Internet Sales contact. Finally after many emails I received a phone call from Hamilton Honda June of 2026 and was told the matter would be discussed with a Service Manager and someone would get back to me. As of today, my car is hazard and this past weekend in the heat anyone who had to be in my truck suffered because the issue at purchase was never ever fixed.

I would give them a zero, if I could. There leasing options are a scam. They offered me a great deal, and just to avoid any hassles, I got in writing. However when we went over to close the deal, the finance team mentioned that they made a mistake, and started sharing completely different and expensive options. I think they just try to lure you in by offering these deals and then try to get you

I completely defended by visiting Hamilton Honda and they feel like customers are wasting hamilton Mondays time for looking the cars.

Came in for an oil/filter change under their service for life plan free of charge. I added a tire rotation and an alignment and throttle body cleaning was suggested. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. Almost 4 hours later when I was already late for an appointment I rushed out without looking at the detailed service bill. Later I realized there was a $230 charge for an "emission service" that was not recommended or agreed to. I sent in a service comment and left a voicemail with no return contact. I called again and was told I had signed the invoice so there was nothing they could do for me. I only use tier 1 fuel and run fuel line treatment at every oil change and would never have agreed to the emission service. I guess I will double check my service invoice BEFORE signing it!
