I have been attempting to contact someone for days about two automobiles they have posted on their website. Finally I received an email and respond requesting a PO, never arrived not even the next day. Call the dealership and spoke with someone who provided another number to the sales guy from the email. After awhile I reached out again via call and text he sent me to voicemail. Then he calls and reports he has to find the truck that was advertised on the website before he can send me a PO. So I inquired about the Lincoln Navigator that was advertised, if it was still on site and he confirmed it was. Requested that PO for my bank so gain approval status. He said he could get it to me in a hour this was lunch time. Close of business today, still no email of paperwork. Unfortunately some businesses are doing business and some are talking about doing business. If this is the customer service I received without leaving my office, I would have being extra disappointed to spend my workday at this car lot.
Was on a cross country road trip, front passenger fender started coming off I was on a tight time line I called the shop asked if they could squeeze me in they said yes, I arrived they took a look saw it was my pins and clips that came off they luckily had them in stock got it all taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Shout out to Brian for being an all star and doing it himself since his techs were all booked up much appreciated.
Why didn't I read reviews first? Please read up on these guys! ~THEY SELL LEMONS!~ When it comes to cars 19K isn't a a "huge" amount. However, it is enough for you to assume a car you buy wont blow its transmission 2 weeks after you bring it home. There is no way this car was gone through and checked for codes unless they were "cleared" with them knowing exactly the lemon they were sending out the door. We bought this 2016 Altima with the stipulation that the a/c would be fixed. The salesman brought it through their shop multiple times for this, and that still went out on us a day into having it home. At that point we got the a/c fixed ourselves because it was obvious their techs couldn't handle honoring their deal. I wasn't even going to speak up about that, but now the car is just dying!? UNACCEPTABLE! We traded in a cherry beauty of a car to get this paperweight from these crooks. RUN!!! ***Also the owner commented on my review on another platform saying they would try to make it right etc.. and the sales manager is avoiding our calls and voicemails***

They are a GREAT Example of why people HATE car shopping. They Bully, Harass and even call names. The first day I went up there I made it very clear that I would still be looking around. Even while looking at other dealerships in there network I still would tell them I'm working with Dustin at all star and would talk to him if I saw something I liked. ( Ill never do that again). After not finding anything I went back to All Star Dodge. Dustin was not there so a Manager ( wish I could remember His name). His office is the first enclosed office to the right in the used car building. He told me they could bring in a car from Midland TX that I might like. I told him not to go through the trouble. He said its no big deal that even if I don't want it that it would make a good addition to his lot. Once again I was very clear that I was making no commitment, and would still be looking. I left. I had to work a 12 shift that night get a couple hours of sleep than do it again. The Manager text me at 9 am asking if I was ready to come look at it. I text him back told him a had to work late but would try to make it. I received 3 more text after this from him. I text him back letting him know my work schedule and that I had to get some sleep. I received 3 more text from him the last one ending in a rude " are you seriously not gonna come after this car?". At that point I knew it did not matter what the car looked like I would not be giving them a dime of my money. xxxx he could have offered to bring it to my house so I would not have to get out or just said ok will try later. But while being harassed by the manager. I decided I would text the sells guy Dustin back. I figure he seemed like a good guy ( I was wrong) so I would let him know I was no longer interested, so that he would not waste anymore of his time trying to find me something. So Dustin decided to start name calling with a sarcastic passive aggressive " Your awesome ( with a OK hand emoji)". I have purchased 2 cars from all star in the past 6 years but now I will never step foot on there lot ever again. Horrible people..
