What Others Say

9/24/22, went into to look at a new electric car, but ended up test driving the Sonata. Angel was our point of contact. Angel in the financing team worked very hard to accommodate my financial needs. I was ready to leave as I was not happy with the first initial offerings. I was then offered everything I asked for and more. Since it was a Sunday, I would take my trade-in home and come back on Monday to pick up my new car. Since it had just come off the truck and still had the plastic wrapping‘s on it. I came in after five on Monday and the car was still sitting in the same spot. I parked it, not even completed. We were very unhappy that it was not ready for pick up. I was not offered a loaner I sat for 2 1/2 hours while it was being detailed, definitely did not want to sit at a dealership for that long on a Monday Joe did not follow up to make sure it was completed until we showed up. Very frustrating. We did ask for the manager, and he never arrived. Eli was very accommodating and kept checking with us while we were waiting upon waiting. There was a few other people very frustrated as well. The initial experience was great, but the follow-through of the salesman left the experience disheartening.

Really good people, enjoyed my experience. Only problem is that they already sold the car they were supposed to be holding for me.

Great experience! We were greeted by Eli, who smiled and waved as we pulled into the dealership parking lot. I had already done some research online and had a 2023 Santa Fe in mind to look at. Eli took us on a test drive in that vehicle and gave us a brief overview of it. Afterwards, we headed inside to take a look at numbers for a trade-in. James Highsmith took over from there and gathered all of our information so he could give us some options. After negotiating for a while, we were pleasantly surprised with the final offer that we accepted. We met with Susan Hicks in finance who was wonderful and made the signing process quick, easy and fun. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. I highly recommend a visit!

Never had vehicle I can't get Anyone to finance I have no credit Dealerships 🙃 😕

My overall experience was mostly positive, which is rare these days at any car dealership in my experience. However, a couple of comments: - we knew more overall than the various people we spoke to; we had to speak to several people to confirm things (contract cancellation agreement, taking the car to a third party mechanic, etc.) - when I drove my car off the lot 2 things hadn't been addressed, and I would have felt a LOT safer if they would have been (as I live 3 hours from this dealership, in the mountains & an hour from anything; plus, I'm in my 60's) - they have not addressed these issues in my follow up emails so I guess I'm on my own for those

I had a great experience. I prompt reliable service. My salesman was James highsmith. He was very professional and I purchased the car without any delay. The only negative is that I got two remotes with the car and unfortunately when I checked the second remote when I got home it did not function so I'm hoping it's just the battery
