Dealership is very clean, neat and nice and the cars are beautiful! Best dealer experience I’ve had

I bought Cadillac 20 days ago.I paid the dealer price. It has floor mats Included in price. I still did not received it. Agent is not following the order. I paid for specific license plate for car too. Today I received wrong cheaper version. I am not against the dealer.people who is working there is doing fir commission only. So after sale they don’t care about any compliants from customer.

We traveled 3 hours for purchase of the vehicle and they waited for us and stayed open an hour after their scheduled closing time. I didn't quite get my trade in value they had quoted but the amount was acceptable.

From the time you walk in the door the customer service is amazing. Absolutely best car buying experience we have ever had.
