I have been avoiding buying a car for a while because I have had terrible experiences with dealerships - no kidding - it has been awful! I found a car online at Gregory Infinity that I was interested in and reluctantly made an appointment to go see it. They were amazing. Scott was helpful without overly pressuring, the deal was very fair and no hard core negotiating tactics, financing rate was good, and they had a cute bow in the car when I went to pick it up! I recently purchased a 2025 QX60 from Gregory Infinity that my wife discovered a scratch/dent on during the signing process. It seemed to be very serious to me,but the Gregory Infinity sales manager, and my terrific salesperson Cassandra reassured me that it would be taken care of free of charge. Well I brought my car in for the repair while I was on vacation, and when I returned my vehicle was repaired 100% to my satisfaction and Gregory Infinity stuck to their word that the repair would be free of charge. I would highly recommend to everyone that purchasing a new vehicle from Gregory Infinity is a very smart move, and one that you will not regret.!

I decided to take my car to Gregory Infiniti for an oil change and scheduled service, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The welcome I received from my Infiniti representative, Betsy, was outstanding. This time, my car was well taken care of, much better than my experience at the Niles location.
