What an AMAZING experience! Olivia was extremely personable, professional and honest. I have purchased a TON of vehicles and have never had this kind of service! If you are looking for a vehicle, look no further! Olivia is the best in the business!
Shifty sales tactics. They will tell you their process is "easy" and will tell you your loan is approved when in fact is hasn't been. Will deliver the vehicle then continue to hassle you for documentation that is either not necessary or should have been asked for in the begging. Other previous bad experiences include car dying on the way home after routine service, tires unbalanced after service, and oil leaking out on the way home after an oil change. Really great place, NOT.
Caught Don and his staff olivia in a string of lies. These sales representativesand manager are very unprofessional. False prices and terrible response time. Do NOT be mis lead by these representatives at Volvo Of Charlottesville.
Todd Cadle is very helpful. He goes out of his way to answer my questions and explain my options. This is the best customer service I have ever had from from any dealership's service department. Great customer service from everyone at the dealership.
Todd Cadle is always helpful. Everyone at the dealership goes out of their way to answer my questions and even to work with me to get my back cargo door to respond to my foot and open. This is an ongoing issue .
