I have never received the solid gold service I received when I purchased my new CX30 Mazda. My sales person, Bella Cuevas, was so knowledgeable and most important she listened to all my concerns and wishes. She introduced me to all the wonderful members of her team and made sure I got what I wanted. I think this must have been the ninth car I have purchased but never felt more cared for and happy with my decision. Then she took me to my NEW car and went over everything I needed to know and feel safe. As a senior citizen I cannot recommend Koch33 and Bella and her team enough, Wonderful experience I feel blessed. When did you ever hear that from a dealership?

My service at Koch 33 VW was very good as always they treat you with respect and kindness I have been with them for years the Techs know their job and they do them well, their cost is a little much, but you pay for what you get... Thank you guys..
