The sales person was nice but I guess didn’t have enough time to explane anything on the new vehicle and since there was no owners manual from ford. I guess he was too busy to get to his next sales as they were waiting. And none of the other people offered to go over the options. Also the glove compartment was full of water.

We had a pleasant experience buying a new truck. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. They really seem to care about the customer.

My dealer is Bailey Ford of Plattsburgh, not Plattsburgh Ford. It’s been Bailey for over 4 years. Bailey Ford is great, obviously they’re more in tune with customers tan dealerrater.com is. Keep up the good work Bailey Gord!
