This was totally unexpected. Big town dealerships have a lot to learn from these folks. I bought a used 21 year old truck so I can tow a farm trailer. I didn't need much, just a powerful engine and a hitch. Instead, I got a beautiful F250 in great condition, heated leather seats, satellite radio, Bluetooth, tires with usable thread, lots of extras I was not expecting. All for a rock bottom price. Plus Mark Pent treated me like a king. He even came to pick me up at the hotel, and filled the tank for me. The transaction was very easy and fast. I was out in 30 minutes. They didn't try to sell me any accessories or anything extra. I loved how well this went. It changed my perception of what a used car buying experience should be. Certainly different from anything I had experienced before.
