I had an excellent experience at Auto Nation CDJR. I was looking at a couple different models and Jon (Sales) was super helpful and accommodating! My wife even mentioned that they were the 1st place that actually spoke to her also and valued her input. The sales process was smooth maybe 1.5 hour. Not the typical 4+ hour arbitration you normally have when purchasing a vehicle. Jimmy (Sales Manager) was excellent also getting everything locked in, he was present not just sitting in an back office spitting out numbers. There were minor things that needed to be taken care of, he scheduled and ensured they were. Pretty much all you can ask for from a GM! Overall probably the best Auto purchasing experience I have had in over 10 years.

Julian was so helpful and got us in and out with our new Grand Cherokee L in 2 & 1/2 hours. the finance team was all helpful and we are so excited about our new car! thanks again!

I appreciated the porter service. But that was necessary because the car was there unexpectedly for 6 days! Calling to get updates over the phone was frustrating. Messages were not returned in a timely way —sometimes next even the same day. And once I sat on hold for 10 minutes before giving up

Service dept. Is excellent. Had my vehicle ready when promised. Kept me up to date.
