I’d like to post an update to my previous review. Mike Chino is truly a gem of a manager. He personally reached out and handled the issue with exceptional professionalism and warmth. He reassured me and restored my trust and confidence, reaffirming that Gerald Hyundai genuinely cares about its customers. Jeremey Witt took care of the issue today. Thank you. Found us the car we needed after the car we needed was not in the area. The salesperson was very helpful (sorry, forgot his name), and we are very happy with our car
Buyer beware, wouldn't buy anything from this dealership unless you want stress and a warranty that is worth crap. Our vehicle with just over 80k miles is blowing through oil and they will not help us at all. VEHICLES ARE xxxx! Do NOT buy! We'd have to spend a $1000 of our own cash to do a oil quantity test and you are at the hands of the dealership to decide your fate. $9500 for a new engine at 80k. xx!!!! Wouldn't buy a Hyundai again if it was the last vehicle on earth. BEWARE ALL!!!!!!!!

Buying a car from Gerald Hyundai was a great experience! I worked with Mike Chino and Nick Shala and couldn't be happier. They were knowledgeable, easy to work with and did a great job getting me the exact car I wanted. Nick went over every feature in my 2024 Tucson and answered every question I had.
