We've purchased 2 CX-5's from Ferman, one a Certified Pre-Owned with a wraparound extended warranty. Recentley, while out of state, we had a mechanical issue that rerquired immediate attention. Surprisingly we leanred our warrnty was expired! Further checked leanred there was a data enry error and the policy was still active. I contacted Jeff Shegog at Ferman, he got right on it. He had the error corrected, ensuring the repairs were covered. Jeff went above and beyond the "call of duty," providing his personel cell number, making and taking calls to help us when needed most. Hats off to Jeff Shegog and Ferman Mazda.

Charlie, and all the folks at Ferman Mazda made this purchase very pleasurable. The entire process was low key; we were very appreciative to have been treated like family. We came in to look at one particular car that we spied on the Ferman website. Charlie took the time to review their entire inventory to see if there was anything that met our requirements better. We ended up with a great deal on the original car, received a fair price for our trade and, best of all, didn't have to put up with any pushy sales games from anybody there. Charlie displayed the fabulous sound system on the CX-50 with all my favorite music. Green was the color of choice. Charlie found a beautiful forest green CX-50 right in front.
