I was on time for my appointment but 10-15 minutes passed before an agent came out to take my truck. In the past it only took 1 - 2 minutes, however the agent was acting like I should be thankful HE was there instead of the other way around. I’m the one paying for the service and HE should work on his customers service skills and customer treatment. First time in years I encountered an employee with such lack of skills at Cutter Ford.

To schedule service Cutter Ford uses an AI. The AI failed to notify the service department that I was coming in for service. Fortunately my service advisor took the car anyway. Cutter Ford needs to stop using the AI. My advisor told me how to bypass the AI in the future but this should not even be necessary.

Good Customer Service, Christian was very helpful and very patient I would recommend people to buy their next vehicle there.
