Dealership was good Ford sucks they canceled a recall and didn’t notify me totally unprofessional. This was not the first time they have not been able to fix recalls, they send notices to tell you to schedule a n appointment but can’t notify you you that it’s been stopped for some unknown reason totally unacceptable customers need to be compensated for their time and money to get vehicle back and forth to the dealer no respect for their customers I would rate them on the negative side of the stars they would all be empty
