Excellent service this February. All my issues were resolved. Betsy, Marty, Dean, and Fireball, as usual, were all helpful and kind. Bryan at the service desk went out of his way to be helpful, and the mechanic who worked on my car did an excellent job.

My daughter had her windshield wipers changed while away at school and one quickly fell off. I stopped by Carriage Ford where we bought the car in 2016 and they not only took the time to help with my mundane task, they sent a service technician out to change it for me. Everyone I encountered from the service desk to the parts counter, to the technician was so friendly and kind. I know it seems like a small task, but they made me feel like a valuable client. It makes me feel good knowing they still treat me like family!
