No one but Van Trow Service has worked on my Highlander since I bought it including oil changes. It is in tiptop condition and it's going on eleven years. MY Service representative has never failed to deliver.

Went for 2nd Toyota Care service at Van Trow Toyota. Service department made the appointment on just a couple days' notice. Only waited a couple hours past the appointment time for them to get started. Great service.

1st visit, new to area. Came to service to have headlights replaced on Tacoma. Made a 7:30 appointment, took them over an hour yo tell me they had parts in stock and would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, still waiting. Will find another dealer to do any repair/maintenance in the future. Service guy told me it was going to take additional 30 minutes because they are busy. My response was that is why I made an appointment. Also not enough seating, people standing everywhere.

Bought a used 2007 for 13,000 dollars. It only had 50,000 miles. It didnt even last 3 days. Been in repair for almost 2 months now and Wayne will not honor original agreement to take it back since they have found out there is serious problems even though an agreement had been made. We even allowed them to keep it in our name during repairs so the warranty would pay for it. Now they are saying they dont want it back since it can't be fixed. Wayne lied.
