Very kind, polite worthy, even though I was not dressed to impress, they see my possible trade in and they let me get a joyride and let me feel quirks and features and engineering of one of newer vehicles in the used car inventory! Many thanks for their kind sales and time / patience, although no sale materialized, still very nice kind staff + Kevin with his polite sales advice. + used sales trade in specialist who gave Kevin authority to let me test drive with me- thank you.
Service was efficient, Aurturo was good. Don’t like that there’s always an add on, when I already pay for a service contract. I mean wiper blades and air filters should be included if oil and trans fluid is!!! Also, you have to chill on the whole “well take any opportunity to either sell or buy”, within 15min of being at the dealership I’m getting an offer to buy my car…like vultures! I’ll decide when I want to sell my car.
