I was able to make an appointment for the oil change at the time that was convenient for me. Kris is very patient and thorough in explaining what maintenance my Jeep needs.
Oil change and recall we fast and good, asked to evaluate exhaust leak and give a quote, was told not an exhaust leak just what Hemi's sound like. Will be taking exhaust work to another dealership

It was a very pleasant experience. There was no waiting to be checked in. I got an estimate of what the costs would be and how long it would take. The service advisor was pleasant and professional. It was a very good experience in my opinion.
The people are some of the best I have dealt with in a very long time they're fast get you in and out in a reasonable time a day I just love the video.
