So far my experience has been good. I am looking forward to meeting them in person, they have answered all my questions, and they didn't pad the price with needless dealer fees that other places wanted to charge. I hope they are true to their word, and the car I picked out has no issues, and all is as well with this car as my last one.

DANNY made my experience here great!!! My car was going to be in the shop for a few days and I needed a temporary vehicle. All of Ford's happened to be out, so Danny spent a good 20+ minutes on the phone calling all around trying to find me a vehicle I could drive for a few days at a good price. He went absolutely above and beyond. In the end, Ford got one of their own returned and I got to drive it for free. Also, I see another comment here from someone upset that Ford didn't fill their tires with air. All you have to do is ask. I did, and they took care of all of that free of charge for me. They also did very nice cleaning and detailing that I didn't even ask for (and of course was not charged for). I won't go anywhere else for my car maintenance.
