BE CAREFUL !!!! USED CAR ADVERTISED PRICE IS DECEPTIVE!! ON MONDAY MAY 22 2023 I WENT TO LOOK AT A USED VAN. IT WAS EXTREMELY NICE FOR THE PRICE AND IT DROVE GREAT. I WENT AND SAT DOWN WITH A SALESMAN TO DISCUSS PURCHASING IT. HE PROCEDES TO SHOW ME 3 DIFFERENT PAMPHLETS FOR DRIVETRAIN WARRENTY, BODY PROTECTION WARRENTY AND INTERIOR PROTECTION WARRENTY. HE SAID I HAD TO PURCHASE ALL 3 TO THE PRICE OF $2995.00!!!!! I SAID I DID NOT ANY OF THAT AND I WAS TOLD THAT I "CAN NOT BUY THE VEHICLE THEN". HE SAID THATS WHERE THEY MAKE THIER MONEY NOT ON THE VEHICLE ITSELF. ( come on really ) I SAID I WANTED TO PAY CASH AND THAT WASNT APPRECIATED BECAUSE " WE MAKE MORE MONEY IF YOU FINANCE IT ". IF THEY WANT TO THROW AN ADDITIONAL $2995.00 PRICE AT YOU WITH NO WAY TO DECLINE IT THEN MARK UP YOUR ADVERTISED PRICE BY THAT MUCH. BE HONEST WITH THE PUBLIC. I WOULD HAVE GLADLY PAID A $1000.00 MORE FOR THE VAN IF YOU WERE ASKING THAT MUCH MORE BECAUSE I FELT IT WAS WORTH THAT. NOW I WILL FIND ONE ELSEWHERE THAT WILL BE EVEN BETTER YET WITH SOMEONE WHO WILL NOT TELL ME I HAVE TO GIVE THEM $2995.00 EXTRA TO BE ABLE TO OWN IT.
My experience with service today was nothing short of excellent!! Between Steve in service and Rick the general manager I left 100% satisfied! 🙂
We worked with the dealer on a used car sale. As we are from another state, we wanted everything ironed out to make this a seamless, easy experience. My husband then flew to Chicago to purchase a near $40k vehicle. Dealer trying to force a $2000 extended warranty. I worked for Ford Motor for 10 years, and know enough to know that an add on such as this can not be forced. The deception and lies should not happen when you get to this stage of the buying process. My husband will be visiting another dealer in Chicago and I’ll certainly follow up giving others a recommendation where they can go to get a truthful experience.
We purchased a 2020 Escape and i must say it was a pleasure to do business at this dealership, specifically John in sales and Vince in finance. John was thorough, pleasant, relatable and worked with us to get the car with features we wanted. He represented our needs & limitations to management in order for us to make the purchase. John earned our high praise!!
They will absolutely waste your time and will not disclose price over email or phone because they have hidden ADMs and don't want to be upfront about it. Do not take your business here. They are a bad dealer.
