I took a business trip to come specifically to Orlando to purchase a vehicle from Mercedes-Benzes. As I conduct business on the go most of the time I had my personal belonging with me in my carry on case. Before I could even visit with a sales person about the vehicles I was interested in purchasing I was informed by Dominic that there are too many people coming in making business purchases. He also informed me that the police were being called to trespass me and another group of individuals from the property. I was discriminated against as soon as I walked in the door and was referred to as one of "Those People". I have no idea who he was referring to seeing as I was traveling by myself. My consolation prize for trying to do business with MBoSO was a year ban from the property and a very public citation handed to me on the sidewalk of the dealership.
Went to this dealership to purchase a business car and was asked to leave the property. I had my business laptop and materials with me but there seem to be busy that day at the dealership and all the sales people were occupied. The police were called to the dealership for no reason at all as there was no crime committed.
Mr. Viktor is a great service advisor. He explain everything to me. what my car need. Services were excellence.
Five star Mercedes sprinter service manager, Rick Shattu! Instructed me and my wife as new owners of a sprint vehicle, how to find all the controls for maintenance and services on our vehicle steering wheel. Importantly, how are the two year and 20,000 miles Services are related. Thanks Rick!!
