I had a warranty issue with a module in my radio. The part was ordered and received within a week and my appointment was set up right away. Module was replaced and before I left the parking lot, Chi and I tested everything out to make sure it was working and that I was satisfied.
Service writer Jeff was very courteous and kept me apprised of progress. He took care of getting my car towed in and had someone pick me up at my house when the car repairs were completed.
I had a very good experience and my salesman. Chris Klein was great to work with.
They definitely let you know everything about your car so it can be fixed so my truck can last longer
