What Others Say

We had a great experience with Bill Knight Lincoln. Loving our new Lincoln. Our salesman, J.C., was great to work with.

In my 40 years of buying cars, I had the best experience of Bill Knight Volvo. I worked with James Main, general manager, who is the most ethical and efficient person I’ve dealt with in the car industry. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anybody.

I've been bringing my Volvo to this dealership for two years. It has been a constant battle to just get them to answer the phone. I scheduled a service visit online and was told "we don't use those." Apparently they call everyone who schedules online and re-schedules them. I left a message (because I couldn't talk to a real person) about a serious issue with my car and 24 hours later they still hadn't called back. I specifically had issues with Devyn. I left my car for a week, called the Friday before my scheduled pickup on Monday and never received a return call. I was ON MY WAY to the dealership to pick up my car on Monday, and they had not even STARTED on the work. I talked to the service manager who said, "Oh. I'll talk to him about it." Shameful. Every time I'm in the dealership it's like I'm an inconvenience. If you live in the Tulsa area, you should re-consider purchasing a Volvo, because any attempts at service will be frustrating and disappointing at best.

Our family has purchased 5 new vehicles from Bill Knight Lincoln Volvo. We only comeback because of the honesty, ease of agreeing on a price and the no pressure finance office (Khalid). I first bought from Dennis when he was a salesman and now he's been a sales manger for several years.

My sales rep was great, and this is no way a reflection of him, but I spoke to a higher up manager, Dennis, in negotiations and he was incredible my rude. He accused me of trying to get “free stuff” while I was negotiating some upgrades to the car. He condescendingly and very rudely offered me a “free tshirt” if I wanted something for free. Given that I was buying a very large item and expensive at that, I was shocked that he would speak to a client in that way. He is a professional and in my opinion could find more professional ways to decline any additional requests on the car.
