I started my Mustang Mach-E ordering with emails to sales managers at four local Ford dealers with specific questions about their pricing and process. Two didn't even bother to reply. Greg Fieldhouse responded promptly and answered all of my questions. I arrived at Fieldhouse Ford and initiated my order with Ron Gunter. He was easy to work with. Pricing was transparent, and he answered my questions - no back and forth nonsense, just a very straightforward experience.

Huge thanks to Dave Carroll! This was my daughters first car purchase and he was simply professional. I wanted to go along with her, but I also wanted her to do all the talking. Dave treated her with the upmost respect, of course making Dad happy. I purchased cars and trucks from the Fieldhouse family for years and have always been happy.
