Came in for an oil change and a “ low coolant warning. I was offered a multipoint inspection for$350. The oil change price would be deducted at the end of service. I declined the multipoint inspection that I knew had always been complimentary. The bigger job was done on time.
Jeffery and the team at Audi Brookline are top notch! Great service, timing, and communication all the way.

Audi Brookline went above and beyond to help me get the specific car/specs I wanted and to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. I’ve worked with numerous dealers and Audi Brookline was by far the easiest to work with/most efficient (particularly my salesman Jose).
I had been on the hunt for an exceedingly rare vehicle (fewer than 250 in the US - seriously there are more Jaguar XJ220's and Porsche 918 Spyder's out there) for quite some time. I eventually tracked THE one down, and even though it was located out of state, Audi Brookline worked with me every step of the way. I initially connected with Amanda McEachern, who helped secure the vehicle for me, and I ultimately concluded the sale with Moses Ba. Both Amanda and Moses were phenomenal to work with on the sales side, and Alex helped finalize the cash deal paperwork on the finance side. It was, bar none, the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had with a dealership—and I purchase new vehicles yearly.
