Been a Ford guy my whole life, been to Haag twice for service. Will never go back again. Won’t even return calls when they mess up a simple recall check out!!
Recently purchased a used truck from Haag Ford. Sales and management were very helpful and friendly.
Jim has been a good family friend for years, when I was younger my father would only deal with him, and I'm the same.
Communication was a little lackluster. I had to call and try to get updates instead of them reaching out to me. I have been to other dealers where you are updated via text frequently. That is my only complaint. The work is satisfactory.
The staff was very helpful, kind and supportive. They were also very quick about getting my vehicle in and fixed.
Always very professional and make servicing your vehicle very easy. Good people to work with.
