Very welcoming, we're concerned about are issue, we were over 256 mile from home and needed to get to Pittsburgh PA, the staff got us right in and assessed the issues with are truck informed me of the issue appointment time to fox and cost, they had us back on the road in less then 3 hours and for less then was quited to us to fix the issue with are truck, this Dealership was great, like it used to be before covid-19, the employee at this dealership we're great.

The lady that checked me in at the service department was outstanding! He was well spoken and got me in and out fast!

The team at Mountaineer Automotive are friendly, honest, and caring. My family was in the middle of a PCS move from Virginia to Kentucky when we experienced an issue with our truck. We made it to the Mountaineer Automotive in WV and their service team got us right in that afternoon before close without an appointment. They were able to diagnose and have us up and running by the next morning . Due to our limited travel time and rental of our moving truck we were too pressed for time to wait. I asked them if they could work me out a deal on a new truck. Jimmie got right to work with his manager and finance team. They gave me a fantastic deal trading my truck on the new one and had us back on the road in 2 hours. We live 4 hours away but I’ll be taking my son there to buy his first truck later this month. Stop at this dealership mainly to look at the Broncos. Actually did see one we liked and test drove it. After hearing what the monthly payment was going to be i said no. The sales people showed us some more Broncos. Did I love them, NO, but we ran the numbers. Still wasn't to comfortable with the payment and at this point it was getting dark and I was hungry. Told the sales guy I wanted to sleep on it, well they came back with a little better of a price, still not set on the price. And I felt some what pressured into making a decision on a vehicle I wasn't in love with.

My daughter's car broke down in WV on a Friday afternoon driving from SW Florida to home in NY with no luck in finding any shops open until the following Monday. The car was towed to Greenbrier Beckley and on Sat, our guardian angels came through. One of the techs happened to stop in and Shirley asked him for a really big favor and within 3 hours, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got her on the road again heading home! Thank you does not begin to express how grateful I am for these 2 people who helped my daughter. I am one happy and extremely grateful Momma ❤️ Bless you both
