I am completely satisfied with the service done on my car. I wanted a dealer to service my car. 2016 Fusion SE. I purchased the car in January 2025. It is a program car. I am the 5th owner. Only 94000 on it. Purchased at Drive Time in Salem, VA. I was a bit leery buying the car. I did my research on it and thought let's go for it. With this service, I now know what I have and what it is going to need in the next year. Inspected everything and replaced 2 hoses that were recalled.
No problems, everything went well. Happy with the experience. Recommend checking them out for your next vehicle.
Service department at Ramey Ford did an excellent/exceptional job on my Jeep Wrangler. I highly recommend them and will continue having all of my vehicles serviced by them. Thanks for a great job.
