We had an excellent experience at the Ford dealership. Robert was fantastic—he took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the best deal on a truck. He was honest, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. When Teddy stepped in to assist us, he was just as friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. He was efficient, diligent, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Both Robert and Teddy made us feel valued and supported throughout the process. Their professionalism and trustworthiness truly stood out. We’ll definitely be returning to this Ford dealership—they’re a team we know we can trust.
Teddy was absolutely awesome to work with - and I wasn’t easy on him. I bought a new car, then changed my mind to a different one the next day, and took hours and hours of his time ! He was patient and very helpful through it all and took care of everyone . Phil Long gave me a nice discount and found every available rebate for me. I was just slightly over budget so I asked for a little more (greedy me, lol) and I was shocked that they not only gave me what I asked for but another $400! They gave me MORE of a discount than I even asked for !! All in i paid several thousand under msrp for a highly desirable Bronco - they absolutely didn’t need to do that. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given !
Ed Lussier did a great job getting me the car that I wanted in a timely fashion. Unfortunately the car was damaged before I could take delivery. Ed pointed out the issue before I got my car and said that he would take care of getting it fixed (which he did). Thank you Ed, I am enjoying my car greatly!
The sales person was great, but it's still dealing with the bureaucracy. Even though I am paying cash for the vehicle, I need to sit in the waiting room for an hour before the finance guy will see me. Very disappointed.
Teddy was knowledgeable to the point and detailed. He was aware of our needs and attentive to my questions and requests. Our initial involvement with Teddy from the first online interaction was friendly and coordinated. I would recommend my friends and family to Phil Long Ford Littleton to see Teddy!
Diana Winston is so amazing!!! When every car dealership denied me, she was able to get me approved. Even got me the vehicle I asked for. She worked her butt off to get me monthly payments that are reasonable, and I did not need an arm and a leg for a down payment!!! Her attitude, and energy is so magnificent!!!! I would absolutely go back to her, and suggest anyone go to her if you want it done right the first time!!!
