Hello - I'm from Navarre Florida, names Chris / Car is 2024 s580. Had an issue with the internet in the car and the navigation system and a few other things. Because Fort Walton Mercedes was closer to me I started there. I waited there 5 hours they could not fix the car. The staff was nice, bottom line the car needed to be fixed. They told me a claim had to be filed because they need help from Germany because they couldn't figure it out and that could take up to 3 weeks to hear back AND Here is the key to your car. ! I took the car over to Mercades in Pensacola the next day and dropped it off. I talked to John also from Navarre in the Service Dept, he was very much in the know a real pro at his job. Next day 2:00 pm got a call the car was done ready to be picked up. There I met the tech guy who made it all possible Brandon. Talked with him, this young guy positively has the Magic touch explained everything to the letter. I'm very car savvy I,m also a collector with many high end foreign cars, I understand the difference in professionalism and not. The moral of the story is there's no education in a second kick from a mule. Get it straight up right the first time. Pensacola is the place for repair.
I recently purchased a CLS450 Mercedes on March 20, 2025, and had the absolute pleasure of working with Robert Jarman—better known as RJ. This was an out-of-town deal, and RJ made it seamless from start to finish. RJ went above and beyond by providing detailed, narrated video footage of the vehicle—inside, outside, and even under the hood. “My high-rating score should not be taken lightly. For 50 years, I operated a local Independent Automotive Service Shop (sold all in 2019) so am most familiar with the scope of effort required to deliver the level of service we, as car owners... consumers, expect. Given my years of service experience and level of automotive knowledge, it was not an easy task to satisfy or meet my expectations.
To that end, I am delighted (impressed really) by Centennial Imports' Team of service professionals who stepped up to address several highly-technical issues my Maybach had.
New cars are loaded with electronics that increase safety, are fantastic to enjoy but can also be frustrating to fully understand. And when some of these features fail to work...or create unusual (seemingly non-related issues) with other co-called lower-technology components, the point of frustration increases. Help!

In addition, I must acknowledge Randy, the man-behind-the-scenes Technician, who used his technical expertise to perform multiple tests, software updates and replace specific parts that appear to have been causing these issues.
I located and purchased this specific car in California June 24th, 2024, and since day-one have been plagued with low-battery warnings and other electronics issues causing me worries that I might be stranded on some road trip or perhaps have the dreaded "fail to start" issue my Mercedes Me App warned me about way too many times. Although it's been less than one week since getting may car back, the phantom low-battery issue appears to have been solved. What a relief!
