I bought a new car from Ana and Joe. They were respectful and friendly, and there was no sales push. The entire process took about 2 hours, from test drive to drive-away. This is the 3rd purchase from Earnhardt.
The staff is attentive and professional. It has a relaxed ambient with background music. The place is clean and comfortable.
