They were able to take a difficult situation of a negative equity trade in and work with us to find the best options. We did not feel pressured into a sale. They were able to work with financing options and got us the best deal and discounts possible. Even though we got a new vehicle and should be good for awhile, we plan on going back when it comes time to update.

My sales representative Ron Q. is Great! Always welcoming, helpful and ready to give 100%. I've been coming back to this Chandler location for about 15 years plus because of the great service. I was very happy with the service on my last visit with Ron Q. My 2016 Focus had transmission problems and Ron Q. got me into a Ford Escape. I'm sorry to say I was not happy with my service advisor Todd. Service from Todd was not good at all. Hopefully I won't get him as a service advisor again.
