Best dealership I’ve ever had my Ford vehicles serviced and only one I’ve been using for past few years. If you want a dealership who cares about its customers then you need to be coming to Bob Maxey in Howell MI. I’ve owned Ford vehicles for most of my adult life and they are hands down the best. If you aren’t completely satisfied with the work done they will have you bring it back or pick it up for you and make sure it is fixed or maintenance is done correctly with no hassle or push back. I’ve had excellent service from both the collision shop and regular service dept of this dealership. We bought our current Escape used from Brighton Ford but we will definitely be buying our next Ford from Bob Maxey!!
